In the dance of raindrops,
all of the scents arise,
Through the soft blossoms fair,
a sweet sweet surprise.
Leaves shimmer, touched
by nature's brush,
In her embrace,
our hearts rush.
After carefully styling these florals, I incorporated a large piece of glass in the foreground and misted the front to create a dreamy, misty effect, communicating the beauty of locally grown flowers. Then, I hand-painted brushstrokes to add a painterly feeling. Altogether, the piece was digitally assembled in a collage style, with the incorporation of organically drawn lines to bring the piece together.
