"Searching For Treasures" Canvas Art Print

from $40.00

"Searching For Treasures" is a fine art canvas print of an original painting from the “Seaside Collection”.

This canvas print is created using a professional local printer that includes intricate detail that mimics that original painting almost precisely. Each print is carefully packaged in either a mailer or a tube depending on size. Each print includes the artist’s signature on the bottom right.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for print production, as they are created made-to-order.

The prints do not come framed. It is recommended that the prints get framed with or without glass, and it’s highly encouraged that white matte is included in the frame as it provides the art print to truly shine. Please reach out if you need framing recommendations.

About the Seaside Collection -

As an artist, I have been working on this body of work for several years, driven by a deep desire to explore the meaning of the sea and capture its beauty. I have intentionally sought out time to immerse myself in the sea and understand its nuances, using natural painting materials that I have foraged near the coastline. Each trip, whether near or far, has been documented with videos, photos, and plein air painting sessions to capture the elements that inspire me - from collections of shells and rocks to delicate observations of sea creatures and kelp.

What makes these prints truly special is that the original paintings were created entirely with natural materials. I used foraged plants, natural earth pigments, and shell pigments, along with repurposed materials, to craft my own natural ink/paint that truly embodies the essence of the sea. The process was guided by nature itself, allowing each handcrafted color to dance and meet another, creating new moments that feel free and organic. I practice patience, embrace quiet moments, and intuitively trust the process as nature dictates the course of each painting.

My deepest hope is that these sea-inspired prints bring a sense of calm, peace, and healing to you. I want to highlight your own salty seaside memories that bring warmth and nourishment. I also hope that the seaside prints encourage you to be intentionally present when you are near the sea, to close their eyes, take deep salt-filled breaths, and truly embrace the soul-nourishing experience of being by the sea.

FOR MORE ALL THINGS NATURE.

FOR MORE ALL THINGS NATURE. FOR MORE ALL THINGS NATURE.

Alaska friends, come see me at the Holiday Makers Market hosted by @littlefishworkshop on December 7th, from 11 AM to 4 PM at APU! I’ll have a selection of original paintings, botanically dyed ornaments, silk scarves, and my favorite art prints
There’s something magical about painting by the ocean, especially here in Alaska✨

Plein air painting feels like a meditation—letting go of expectations, simplifying my tools, and just creating in the moment. Typically, I make my own pain
